Location
The site is located 14kms east of Otemachi and 1km north of the metropolitan expressway Urayasu interchange. The CBD is 20 minutes by car and train from the subject site, and Shin-Urayasu station is just 15 minutes by foot.
Description
The site is to be developed with a multi storey building accommodating for 4 data halls of 1000m² each with a standard design point of 1,500 Watts per m² and a Tier 3 level of resilience.
Delivery
It is expected a Development Permit will be granted in May 2009 with construction commencing in June 2009 and completion in July 2010. |
