Location
The site is situated in Jurong 20 kms west of the CBD. It is the first data centre development to be built on the western side of Singapore Island and as such can be used for primary production or back up and recovery.
It is located on the Lok Yang Way, close to the Ayah Rajah Expressway. The CBD is 15 minutes by road whilst Changi Airport is 25 minutes drive.
Description
The 4.8 hectare site has been acquired and currently due diligence is being undertaken to develop 4 Administration facilities on this site.
Delivery
The development submission is due to be lodged in September 2008 for Planning Approval with completion of Stage 1 due in early 2010. Prospect marketing has commenced. |
