Stephen Ellis Bsc MRICS AAPI
Stephen is the past President and CEO of CB Richard Ellis in Australia and New Zealand, a business which employs 1,100 people. He started at Richard Ellis in 1983 as an investment executive, and held various senior positions before being promoted into the CEO position in 2002.
During his 4 year tenure as CEO, the Australian and New Zealand business acquired 6 new businesses, opened 4 new offices and grew its revenue from $91m to $192m.
He has extensive experience in client liaison and team management for general consultancy work, investment advice, valuation and marketing activities.
Stephen is Chairman of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in Oceania and a member of the Board of Advisors for the Property Industry Foundation. |

Andrew Campbell
Andrew has had extensive experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) specifically with advisory, transaction management and portfolio optimisation and mangement strategies.
Andrew has been very successful in winning CRE outsource work from some of the major corporations based in Australia including Onesteel, Alinta, Unilever and AGL.
Andrew developed the Technology Practice Group early in 2004 to supplement the CRE business at CBRE, and has advised groups including HP, Citibank and GE, including acqusition advisory, and greenfield and brownfield development advisory.
Andrew commenced his career in real estate in 1989, and was first appointed as a company Director of NSC Corporate in 1996. Andrew is a Licensed Real Estate agent. |

Bruce McEwen
Bruce has worked for 20+ years in senior management positions within IBM across Asia Pacific. Covering a range of industry sales and service delivery positions in Banking, Insurance and the Health sector.
The range of services has included application software sales and implementation, applications development and the implementation of computer technology into Data Centre facilities.
In addition to his role at IBM, Bruce was the CEO of a property development company that specialised in Industrial building refurbishment and development in New Zealand. |

Peter Kernaghan BBldg FAPI
Peter is Head of Development at Thakral Holdings Ltd, and Chairman and controlling Shareholder of European & Pacific Ltd which had operations in both Australia and UK.
Peter has extensive experience in property development and funds management. He was previously Managing Director of Capital & Counties plc Australian operations and initiated and was responsible for the public floatation’s of the Capcount Property Trust in 1987. He has been involved in the development of some of Australia’s leading commercial office parks and high technology warehousing.
Peter is a founding fellow of the Australian Property Institute, and past vice president of the Property Council of Australia. |

Dan Pointon BEng(Hons) MIEAust
Dan is the Head of Engineering at Technical Real Estate and provides extensive experience in design and project management of mission critical data centre facilities. Dan joined Technical Real Estate from a consulting engineering background having worked with major practices in Europe and Australia. He has lead project teams to deliver industry-leading data centre solutions for major corporate institutions and IT providers across Europe and Australia including BarCap, Global Switch, Credit Suisse and Rio Tinto.
Dan’s experience in working across borders and understanding of local and international construction and engineering standards offers a unique benefit to Technical Real Estate clients.
Through his accreditation with the Green Building Council of Australia, Dan also offers specialist experience in strategies to reduce the carbon footprint of data centre facilities. |
